At Seedfarm, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with the quality of products and services purchased from our website www.seedfarm.co.ke. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds may be processed.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for the following categories:

Defective or damaged items received upon delivery
Incorrect products delivered (e.g., wrong seedlings or tools)
Unopened and unused items in original packaging (farm tools and equipment only)

Note: Due to the perishable nature of seedlings and live plants, returns are only accepted if the product arrives in poor condition or is incorrect.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
The product must be in its original packaging (for non-perishables).
Photos or videos may be required as proof of damage or incorrect delivery.
Returns must be approved before sending the item back.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Seedlings or live plants after 48 hours of delivery
Opened or used farm inputs (fertilizers, soil conditioners, etc.)
Services (e.g., soil analysis, agronomy visits)

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Refunds will be issued via Mpesa or bank transfer, depending on your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges instead of refunds where applicable. For instance, if you receive the wrong type of seedling or farm tool, we’ll arrange for the correct item to be sent.

6. Cancellations

Orders for seedlings or live plants must be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after this window may not be eligible for a refund due to preparation and dispatch processes.
